From Julie; my fascination with cakes started when I was a little girl watching my grandfather decorate cake in the family business. I have over 35 years experience in the industry and went to Newcastle Bakery School in 1977 for 2 years and left with a City and Guilds qualifications in bakery/confectionery and cake design.
